5. Booking and Payment Terms

When you book our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information including property details and access requirements
• Ensure payment is made according to agreed terms
• Cancel or reschedule bookings with appropriate notice (minimum 24 hours)
• Pay any additional charges for extra services or extended time

• Contact us within 24 hours to document the incident
• Provide photographic evidence of any damage
• Allow us to assess and address the situation appropriately

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for damage to items that are fragile, poorly maintained, or not properly secured during our service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Service or contact us to request account closure.

12. Governing Law
